How flexible is RazorSync?

We want RazorSync to work with the way you do business. Many aspects of the RazorSync system, such as the system-wide terminology, custom Service Forms and more, can be tailored to your business.

How quickly can I implement RazorSync with my business?

Your time is valuable, and we want to get you up and running with RazorSync as quickly as possible. It should take under an hour to set up the basics of your system, such as company information, hours of operation, and field worker accounts. We offer convenient tools to help you import customers and service items and to connect with QuickBooks accounting software. If you have any questions during set-up, we’re happy to help.

My industry is not listed on your website. Will RazorSync still work for me?

RazorSync was developed to accommodate most service businesses. We cannot list every industry on our site, so if you do not see your industry listed, know that RazorSync could still work for your business. The best way to determine if RazorSync is right for you is to start a free trial with full access to all of RazorSync’s powerful functionality.

What is the cost?

We offer 4 unique (annual) pricing package plans based on your business size and needs.

  • Solo, up to 2 users, $40/monthly
  • Team, up to 7 users, $115/monthly
  • Pro, up to 15 users, $240/monthly
  • Enterprise, up to 45 users, $630/monthly

How do I sign up?

You start RazorSync with a free trial. We’ll collect your credit card information after your trial when you’re convinced RazorSync is right for you.

Is there an annual contract?

No. RazorSync plans are paid on a month-by-month basis. You can cancel service at any time.

How do I pay for service?

Credit card is the only way to pay for RazorSync. Your credit card will be billed monthly for 30 days of service.

How do I enter my payment information before my free trial ends?

In the upper right corner of the web application, click Activate Now, or select Settings > Company > Account Payment, and enter your credit card information for your monthly subscription to RazorSync.

What do I do when the RazorSync app is updated?

We encourage you to use the most recent version of RazorSync, so you always have access to the most up-to-date features and bug fixes. When a new version is available, the RazorSync app will notify and prompt you to download. Just click the Update button to begin the download. Your web application will always be up to date. All software updates are free.

Does RazorSync integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. You can use QuickBooks Online and Desktop with RazorSync.

What happens to my data if my computer crashes or I lose my phone or tablet?

All of the data kept in RazorSync is synchronized with RazorSync’s servers on the web. This means there is always a copy of your information securely stored. If you lose or break a device, don’t worry. Just log into your account on your new device, and you’ll have access to all of your data.
