The company serves residential and commercial customers in North Port, Florida, and surrounding areas, including Sarasota County and Charlotte County. The company focuses on using the latest water-saving technology to save their customers money while keeping their grounds in excellent condition.
Founder Jeremy Hampson, a licensed irrigation contractor, always knew he would go out on his own one day. When he did, his wife Sara came on board, running the business office while he made service calls. In those days, Jeremy relied on a paper calendar book to manage his schedule.
Great customer service and hard work paid off, and the business grew. When it was time to hire the first outside employee, it became clear the calendar book was not enough.
Sara, the computer-savvy member of the team, looked for a field service software that was compatible with iPhones, reasonably priced, and easy to use. She settled on RazorSync.
Over the course of the next year and a half, the field staff grew from one to five employees and from one to three trucks.
The field staff appreciate the maps-location and click-to-call features, as well as having access to work order notes. Sara appreciates the way all data in RazorSync exports to QuickBooks, saving her hours every week.
Jeremy can now see how far out they are scheduled and plan accordingly. RazorSync helps them provide good customer service. Jeremy notes that they schedule recurring jobs two years out, and since starting with RazorSync, have retained those first customers and reassigned them again.
